Our Signature Services
Professional Housekeeping
Our onsite cleaning services ensure your condo is neat and clean for every guest. We coordinate with the team so that you can be as hands off as you’d like.
Proactive Maintenance and Repairs
We handle all maintenance and repair needs through our preferred vendors. If a repair bill exceeds $250, we will contact you. Otherwise, no action is required from you.
Financial Forecasting
Owners receive monthly emails analyzing past performance, including occupancy and effective nightly rate, with updated monthly forecasts. We also provide insights on the real estate market on the Strip and other happenings that can have a financial impact on your property.
Tax and Bill Pay Management
We remit the required Clark County Occupancy Tax for all of the units we manage. Our full bill-pay services can include property taxes, insurance premiums, and mortgage payments, and we have the ability to charge guests for these fees.
Guest Communication and Coordination
We coordinate all communications with each guest from booking to check-in, as well as any cleaning or maintenance issues.
Marketing, Pricing, and Strategy
Our premier online profiles make your units highly desirable to renters. We market your condo across top short-term rental platforms with competitive pricing using our booking aggregator. As the owner, you can use your condo whenever you want, for however long, at no charge.

FAQs
What kind of commitment is required?
Our management agreement is non-binding. We ask for 30 days’ notice if you change your mind. We want you to choose us because we are the best, not because you are locked into a long-term commitment.
How can I see my revenue and expenses?
We set up a profile for you on our owner portal, where you have full access to real-time financial reports down to transaction-level revenues and expenses.
How will you market my property?
We list your property on multiple short-term rental platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway.
Can I still stay in my condo when I’m visiting Las Vegas?
Yes. Just let us know in advance so we can block guests from booking your dates.
What about cleaning and maintenance?
Cleaning expenses, preventative maintenance, and all repairs under $250 are covered by the company. If a repair bill exceeds $250, we will contact you for approval.
Do I need a rental license?
We secure the rental license on your behalf; no action is required from you.
Do you charge a mark-up on expenses?
No. You have full transparency into the actual expenses of your short-term rental.
How are taxes handled?
We pay the required Clark County Occupancy Tax for all units we manage, and if you wish, we can pay your quarterly property taxes as well.
