Do I need to provide a security deposit?Yes. A refundable security hold (approximately $100 per night) is taken at check-in.
Do I have access to MGM Signature’s pool and amenities?Yes. Guests have access to the private pools and the MGM Grand Pool Complex and Lazy River (seasonal policies may apply).
What is the check-in and check-out process?Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A front desk is available 24/7 in at least one tower.
Is parking included with my stay?Valet parking is free for one car per reserved room, subject to availability. If valet is full, offsite self-parking is free for one car (about a 15-minute walk).
What is your cancellation policy?Full refund within 24 hours of booking up to two weeks before arrival. Fifty percent refund if canceled one week before arrival.
